This broad, 6-1/2 inch long wooden knife can be used to cleave off hunks of dough or can be used as a cutting board scraper. It’s made from beautiful wood, hand shaped and sharpened to an edge that will cut the dough but not your hand. At the cutting board, you can use it to move things around and to scoop up food you just cut. Your knife will hold some, but this blade is bigger and holds more.
